First you will need to have someone that is annoying.
Now you need confidence, if you dont have confidence buy it on e-bay.
Some friends that hate the annoying person of your choice will help also.
Step1
There are many ways to tell someone to go away for the next few steps i will tell you how to harshly tell someone to go away. WARNING: MAY CAUSE ANNOYING PERSON TO CRY AND TEACHER. GIV'A'CRAP MAY GET YOU IN TROUBLE!
Step2
Gathering your freinds Get all your freinds that hate that annoying person who thinks there your freind to gather around the person. Tell him you hate him and that he is very annoying, maybe add a couple curse words in there.
Step3
If he cries. If he cries try to get your freinds to distract any nearby teachers with simple questions like, Hi Mr. Giv'A'Crap, how are you doing? or Hi Mr. Giv'A'Crap how was your weekend? Also if the person runs into the bathroom that is a pretty good thing. It is because if you hear someone crying in the bathroom i doubt you are going to say "Why are you crying?" you'd probobally run out.
Step4
The Nice Way. First off ask the person if he could sit down, and dont let your freinds come around you. This is kind of like breaking up with a girlfreind. There are possibilties he might cry, might understand, and might kick you in the balls. Anyway, say something like, John Giv'A'Crap, your getting pretty annoying. Then after that if the person says something like, "like what?" list the things that annoying about that person like so. 1. Your not potty trained 2. you think your funny 3. Your a nerd Stuff like that.

lol, that's a good one! i do things like that, and she reacts like that too. but i'm not fat, so there's no way she'll ever tell me that. i'm super skinny, and she is has a broad body. and nothing can hurt my popularity go down, because i don't have any, and if i beat her up, i'll be populer, i'm the only one in 7 years that ever dared to say something against her.

Well i'm one of the popular guys in my grade but i know how annoying the popular girls can get. I personally wouldnt attack her because it might seriously make your popularity go down. But if you really want to I'll give you some tips.
When she is being abnoctious or something like, (if your a little on the heavy side) And she says "Look at you your so like, fat" Then say something like this:
"Well theres no way to measure your intellegence, the scale wont go that low" She should go like "AUH!!!" And walk away, if she doesent then i really dont know what to do.

can you help me? i have this really annoying girl in my class, we both hate each other, nobody likes her, but she thinks everybody does, she thinks she is populer, and she hates all unpopuler girls (like me) what do i do?
