Ramp, skateboard, hill, you gotta have guts.(and mabey a bandaid or 10)
Step1
First, set up a kicker at the bottom of a hill,
Step2
then, ride down the hill to pick up speed,
Step3
when you get to the ramp get ready and do a small manual off of the edge (about 1/2 of an in) in mid air suck up your legs and on your way back down slam them down to the ground
Step4
when you land, bend your knees to slow down the presure
Tips & Warnings
try setting the ramp in front of a large patck of grass until you get the hang of it.
