Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Water
  • Rubbing alcohol
  • Quart-size Ziplock plastic bag (appropriate for freezer)

Step1
Add one-half cup of rubbing alcohol and one cup of water to a Ziplock plastic bag.
Step2
Press out all the air and seal completely.
Step3
Place the bag in the freezer for at least two hours.
Step4
Return the ice pack to the freezer after each use.
