Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- 2 frozen chicken breasts, casserole dish, rice, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, pepper, spices, water, soy sauce, spaghetti sauce
Step1
preheat oven to 400F
Step2
add 2 frozen chicken breasts to dish
Step3
add chopped tomatoes, and cut broccoli and cauliflower pieces
Step4
add 2 cups of rice and half a cup of water with a couple squirts of soy sauce
Step5
pour in a cup and a half of spaghetti sauce
Step6
cover and put in oven and bake for 45 mins - 1 hour depending on oven.
Step7
pull out of oven and check to make sure chicken is done. When done grate cheddar cheese on top and place back in the oven to melt cheese.
