3. Remember that a Department of Justice (DOJ) investigation into antitrust violations can take years, depending on the size of your company and the scope of your alleged violation.
4. Be prepared to fill out many documents during this process. Investigators also may ask you to provide private company records. These requests can come at any time during the investigation. Submit any requested paperwork or documentation expeditiously.
