How to make your nail polish stay on
Nail-polish tends to chip fast but there are a few things you can do to make it stay on longer. Does this Spark an idea?
Things You'll Need
- Sparkly Nail Polish
- Clear Nail Polish
- Whatever Color you want to Paint your Nails
- Nail Polish Remover
- Cotton swabs or Kleenex
- Q-tip

Tips & Warnings
Put Nail polish on the tips of your fingernails so they don't chip near the ends
Nail Polish should be applied in three strokes the center, the left, then the right
To dry your nails faster submerge them in cold water
Always let the Nail Polish dry completely before applying another coat
Don't Be afraid to get the Nail Polish on your skin

BeautyQueen is correct; these instructions will simply give you a chunky, lumpy mani/pedicure. However, the most important thing left out is that you must wash and dry your nails AFTER using nail polish remover or acetone. To help reduce chips and extend wear, use the following tips: after swiping bare nails with polish remover to remove oils and residues, you must also wash off the remover using hand soap and water, then dry your nails very thoroughly. Many polish wear problems are the result of too much moisture in the nails. Apply a base coat and let dry. Follow the base coat application with one or two coats of nail color, and let dry thoroughly again. Apply a clear top coat and allow this to dry. There are specially-designed rapid-dry top coat products on the market that can be applied before the nail color is dry, but applying any top coat before the color application is dry is n -

This idea is only going to make your nails look "chunky" For best results dry your nails out first with ACETONE, not regular polish remover. Next apply a base coat, OPI "Chip Skip" works great, then 2 coats of polish followed by a quick dry top coat. Use a small soft paint brush dipped in acetone to remove any excess polish. To ensure it lasts for a while, apply an extra layer of clear coat every couple of days! -

Sparkly nail polish is a smart idea. Wouldn't ave thought of it. Does it exist in beige colors? I wear very light color nailpolish and i wouldn't want the sparkles to show up too much.
