How to Make Money by Crushing Cars in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories

After you complete the Hot Wheels mission for Vinnie and wind up crushing his car, take a look to your left. See the little blue and yellow "I" token? This is valuable information. This particular token explains that you can make money off junk by bringing cars to the crushers. Here's how.

Instructions

1. Bring a car to the crusher and park it in front, in the area ringed with tires.

2. Get out and let the crusher do its work.

3. Collect your cash!

4. Go find a new car. The money you make is gradually reduced, but you get extra cash by bringing in rare, exotic or expensive vehicles such as ambulances, sports cars and gang cars.

5. Try to bring in special cars you get after you complete a mission. Quite often, the car you got while on the mission is still with you after you're done. Unless you're really attached to it, crush it. You may be surprised.

Tips & Warnings

• Big vehicles such as the Rhino and Trashmaster cannot be lifted by the crane and therefore cannot be crushed.
