How to Use Vista to Print Through a Print Server
You can use Vista to print through a print server just like you would use the operating system and software to print to a normal printer. If you're used to Windows XP you might fumble around finding the right buttons at first, but you'll get it.

Open a document that you would like to print. After you have proofed the document and approved the layout, hit the Office 2007 icon in the top left corner of the window.

Scroll down the menu that opens and stop on the "Print" option. This opens a side-pane. Slide your mouse pointer over to "Print," the top-most option, so that you can select your print server.

Tips & Warnings
You may need to click on the "Find Printer" button if you are in a networked environment. As long as you know the name of the print server, you shouldn't have any problems.
You can also short-cut to the Print window the same way that you did in Windows XP: Ctrl+P.
If your print server is disconnected from the network you will not be able to send documents to the server. Your computer may not be able to find it.
