You might look your sexiest in front of the mirror in the morning, but what's to stop you from looking glamorous all day long? Just because makeup naturally fades over the course of the day, many women give up on looking great after lunch. All it takes are a few of the basics in your handbag, though, and a public restroom can become the haven you need to look your best all day long.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Powder
  • Eye shadow
  • Lipstick

Step1
Make sure to bring the basics with you all day— lipstick, shadow and some powder.
Step2
Find a public restroom and commandeer a spot by the mirror. If there is no mirror, use your compact for quick touch ups.
Step3
Powder your face lightly, being sure to blend the edges around your jaw line. Do not cover existing shadows or blushes too much— just touch up the weak spots.
Step4
Reapply shadow if necessary, but keep it light since you already have some on.
Step5
Reapply your lipstick for the ultimate finishing touch. A new coat of lipstick alone can freshen up your look dramatically.
Step6
Check your teeth, blot your lipstick and pack up. You’re done!

Tips & Warnings

  • Use long-lasting makeup during the day to cut down on bathroom runs to check your face.
  • Do not apply heavy eye shadow during the day. Save it for the evening hours.
