Traditionally, the bride and bridesmaids are pampered before the wedding. However, now the groomsmen are just as likely to visit a spa or salon for manicures as the bride and bridesmaids. Follow these steps for scheduling manicures for the groomsmen before the wedding.

  1. Step 1

    Odds are, the first step may be convincing the groomsmen to have a manicures. Use what you know about the groomsmen to appeal to their sensibilities. Try to combat any machismo that may arise!

  2. Step 2

    When talking to the groomsmen about having a manicure, you will need to remind them that they may encounter issues with their skin and nails before the ceremony due to stress. In this case, a manicure is a great remedy.

  3. Step 3

    Consider booking the groomsmen for manicures at the same time. Safety comes in numbers!

  4. Step 4

    When making the appointments, consider all of the other obligations the groomsmen have at the time. You do not want to give them any excuses for backing out!

  5. Step 5

    Remind the groomsmen of the appointment the day before the manicure as well as about 2 hours before the appointment.

  6. Step 6

    Consider driving the groomsmen yourself to the appointment. You may have better luck getting them to the right spot on time if you take this matter into your own hands!
