How to Use Opera Mini
Many cell phones on the market today enable the user to access the Internet. Instead of using any old Internet browser, upload Opera Mini to your phone and be able to surf the way you want. With Opera Mini you can subscribe to your favorite RSS feeds, take advantage of handy photo sharing capabilities and much more.

Open the Opera Mini software on your mobile phone. You have the option of typing in an Internet address, utilizing the Yahoo! search box or using another search engine.

Navigate through a Web page by using the left and right keys of your cell phone or flip to the previous or next page with the up and down keys.

Bookmark your favorite Web sites with Opera Mini. Simply click 'Bookmarks' from the main page, then 'Manage' and finally 'Add.' The next screen will enable you to input the title and address of the Web site.

Use the Opera Mini software to subscribe to RSS feeds. A RSS feed icon pops up at the top of a Web site with a feed--all you have to do is click on the icon to subscribe to the feed.

Take pictures and send them to your blog or a forum using the Opera Mini photo sharing feature. Know that only some mobile phones support the Opera Mini photo sharing function.

Tips & Warnings
Prepare to run Opera on a computer with the minimum system requirements. For Windows you'll need to run Windows 95 or higher and have at least 20 MB of free disk space. Mac users must be running OS X Jaguar (10.2) or higher and those using Linux need the Standard C++ Library and an X11R6.3+ implementation.

These steps are for the latest version of Opera, 9.10 and not for previous versions. Applying the directions on this page to older Opera versions may not work.
