    Manage Links Easily in Amaya

  1. Step 1

Decide whether you want to activate a link within the Amaya browser by double-clicking or single-clicking on it. Go to the 'Preferences' box within the 'Browsing' tab and click or unclick the box next to 'Double-click activates link.'

  2. Step 2

Determine how you want Amaya to deal with new links by visiting the 'Preferences' box and going to the 'Browsing' tab. Under the section 'Opening Location,' there are 3 options: 'Replace current,' 'In new tab' and 'In new Window.' Choose 1 of the options to better manage your links as you browse.

  3. Step 3

Highlight one of the links within your Web page a page you're browsing and click on the link icon in the XHTML palette to the left or choose 'Create or change link' from the drop-down menu. A box with the title 'Attribute' will open, letting a different web address for that particular link.

  4. Step 4

Get a birds-eye view of all the links on a certain Web page by clicking on the 'Views' menu and choosing 'Show links.' This action will enable you to see all of the links on that page in a separate text-editing box below the actual browser window. This is a great way to see every single link and be able to better manage those links.
