Things You'll Need:
- Computer with Internet access

Step 1
Go to the Mozilla SeaMonkey home page (see Resources below).

Close all other programs you are running including any virus protection you may have.

Be sure you have the allowed operating system requirements as stated by the SeaMonkey home page.

Click on the link for the operating system you have in the 'Download Now' box. Choose from Windows, Linux GTK2, Mac OS X or Other Systems & Languages.

Choose to 'Run' or 'Save' the file from the pop up window. Choose 'Run' to continue the installation.

Click on the 'Run' link when it asks if you want to run the software program.

View the SeaMonkey Welcome Pop-Up window.

Close all Windows programs you have running before clicking 'Next' to proceed with the installation.

Read the licensing agreement and then click the 'Accept' button to continue installation.

Choose to install 'Browser only' for minimal options, 'Complete' for all of the options, or 'Custom' to select the options you want yourself. Select the radio button that corresponds to your answer and click the 'Next' button.

Check the box if you want to add the Quick Start icon to your Windows taskbar tray for faster startups.

Step 6
Make sure the programs you want are being installed. The 'Complete' package includes a navigator, mail and newsgroups, spellchecker, chatzilla, debugger, inspector, roaming and Web site reporter. Click on the 'Install' button when you are ready to install.

Double-click the SeaMonkey icon to begin using the browser.
