Shop for herbal and nutritional supplements, as well as vitamins that are used as holistic remedies.

Be familiar with the healing properties of different herbs before you buy them. If you're buying from a brick-and-mortar vendor, be sure to ask about each herb. Have the shopkeeper tell you about possible side effects. Ask whether it's safe to mix that herb with others.
