How to Add Games to Friendster

Friendster is a popular social networking Web site that allows users to interact with other people via online profiles. One of the many ways to engage profile visitors is by adding Flash games to your profile. Many third-party gaming Web sites offer games for Friendster profiles. Since all of the complex coding for these games has already been created, it's simple to add games to your profile. Follow these steps to find out how.

  • Computer with Internet access
  • Registration at a third-party gaming Web site
  • Friendster profile

    Choose a Game From a Third-Party Gaming Web Site

  1. Step 1

    Visit a third-party games site (see Resources below) and register. Typically, this means creating a username and password. You'll need to enter an email address, as well.

  2. Step 2

    Peruse the games that the Web site offers. Choose one that you want to share with your visitors.

  3. Step 3

    Find the HTML code associated with that game. Typically, it will be located on the same page as the playable version of the game.

  4. Step 4

    Copy the code for your chosen game onto your computer's virtual clipboard.

  5. Upload a Game to Your Profile

    Sign in to your Friendster profile (see Resources below).

  7. Step 2

    Click "Edit Profile."

  8. Step 3

    Click "Customize."

  9. Step 4

    Look for the "Add Media" field. Paste the code you copied from the third-party site here.

  10. Step 5

    Click the "Save" button. Your profile changes will be updated.

  11. Step 6

    View your profile by clicking the "Profile" link. You'll see your game in your "Media Box." Now you and your friends can start playing!
