Accept the eHow "Terms and Conditions" after you read them. Check the appropriate box to signal that you have read and understand them. Enter the correct verification code and press "Submit."

Log on to eHow to get started searching the available information on fitness.

Find the category listings on the eHow homepage. From the available categories, select the "Sports and Fitness" option.
