Buying, selling, even leasing a vehicle can be a difficult task to undertake if you've never done it before. Thanks to eHow, you can get the up-to-date information you need. Follow these steps to learn how eHow is the resource you'll need.

Register for eHow

Step1
Go to the eHow home page and sign up for a free account by using the "Register" button. This will lead you to the screen where you can fill out your account information.
Step2
Choose a username and password, which has to be at least 6 characters or longer for additional security.
Step3
Set your profile settings by choosing a display name. Upload a photo for your avatar if you want. Write a blurb about yourself and your areas of expertise in the "About Me" section.

Search for Information on Cars

Step1
Select the main category for "Car Information" on the eHow homepage. You'll be guided to the section on cars. There are several topics and sub-topics available. Set aside a chunk of time to do this when you will not be interrupted.
Step2
Browse through the different sub-headings available. Selections include "Driving Safely" and "Buying and Selling." Find the specific topic you want.
Step3
Add to an article you are interested in by clicking the "Comment" option. A box will appear with an area for you to add new information to the topic.
