Create an Account at eHow

1. Go to the home page for eHow (see Resources below). There, you can start your free membership.
2. Click on "My Account." This will lead you to another page, where you can select the "Sign Up" command.
3. Fill out the information provided. Select a username and password for your account.
4. Accept the eHow "Terms and Conditions" after you read them. Check the appropriate box to signal that you have read and understand them. Enter the correct verification code and press "Submit."

5. Choose "My Profile" to start.
6. Choose a display name. You have the option to be known at eHow by your username or by your real name. Check the box to select your choice.
7. Create an avatar, an image that will appear next to your online name. Select the "Browse" option. Browse through your current photos and upload an image.
8. Write your biography. This is your opportunity to promote who you are, your area of expertise and your business.
9. Click "Save My Profile" to submit your work.
