How to Leave Feedback on the Answerbag Feedback Forum

Even though Answerbag receives a lot of feedback about their services through the questions and answers people ask on the site, they also have a feedback form where users can let the moderators and staff know how they're doing. They'll even answer your feedback if you have an issue that you feel needs attention. Follow these steps to learn how to use the feedback forum.

Become a User on Answerbag

1. Register for an Answerbag account on the homepage (see Resources below).
2. Sign in by choosing a nickname that will be your Answerbag identity. Provide an active email address and a password (which you will need to enter twice).
3. Click on the "Sign Up!" button after agreeing to the terms of service and confirming that you are over 13 years old.
4. Create a profile by providing optional personal information such as your age, gender and a brief autobiography. You can also upload an avatar image that will accompany all of your posts to help users identify you.

5. Log in as a user on the Answerbag home page by providing your email address and password.
6. Find the link that says "Feedback" and click on it.

7. Be sure you have used Answerbag enough to form an opinion about it before rating it in the feedback form.
8. Leave feedback by rating Answerbag from 1 to 10, using a drop-down menu in categories that include "Overall Site Rating," "Usefulness," "Speed," "Search" and "Super flashy graphic design."
9. Indicate what type of feedback you'd like to give from a drop-down menu that includes choices like "General Comment" or "Bug Report."
10. Choose what part of the site you'd like to provide feedback on.
11. Leave your comments in the text box provided if there's something specific you'd like to address.
12. Click on the check box if you would like a response from Answerbag to your feedback.
13. Finish by clicking on the "Submit" button to send your feedback form to Answerbag.

Tips & Warnings

• Answerbag is a user-moderated site and most of the answers you need can be found in the answers and questions users on the site submit. Use the "Feedback" link for feedback rather than "Help" (see Resources below).
• Although you must confirm that you're at least 13 years old to use Answerbag, there's no age verification for Answerbag users. Parents should monitor their children's activity when they're using Answerbag.
