Play Games of Skill on Yahoo Games

  1. Step 1

Click on the "Games" button from the Yahoo home page (see Resources below).

  2. Step 2

Click on the "Skill Games" category link from the menu on the Yahoo Games main page.

  3. Step 3

Peruse the available games and click on the game that appeals to you.

  4. Step 4

Click on one of the playing options next to the game's title. You may have thought that "Deal or No Deal," "1 vs 100" and "American Idol" were just TV shows. Now they're also on your computer via Yahoo Games. These and many more games of skill put you on the spot. You'll be competing against a clock, other players or the computer.

  5. Step 5

Enter a tournament, where available, to test your skill against others interested in the same game. Some of these tournaments have hundreds of players at one time. They can be very competitive.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you're having any trouble with the game you've selected, don't forget to access the "Games Help" option on Yahoo Games (see Resources below).
  • Some games require player(s) to be over 18. You will have to verify this when asked.
  • Allowing children to play games of skill on the Internet will require adult supervision.
  • Some games are outsourced by Yahoo Games. Be cautious about sharing personal information on these sites. Yahoo does not guarantee your security if you sign on to any of the third party Web sites. They do say that they are trusted vendor partners; but Yahoo will not assume the responsibility of a secure connection for your personal information.
  • Some states and countries will not allow registration to play games for cash rewards. When you go to play a specific game, a notice will flash on your screen if playing for money isn't allowed where you live. The zip code you've provided for your Yahoo account provides your location.
