How to Download Yahoo Music
The Internet is fast becoming the number-one way to watch new videos and listen to music. Several popular web services exist that allow you to download music to listen to whenever you want, right from your hard drive. Whether you want a single song or an entire album, you can use Yahoo Music to download everything you need.

Set up Your Computer to Download Music From Yahoo

Head to Yahoo Music and click the tab marked 'Free Trial' (see Resources below).

Select a Yahoo Music Plan from the options given. You can opt to enjoy music on your computer and pay a monthly subscription fee (or a single annual payment), or you can choose Yahoo Music Unlimited To Go, which allows you to transfer music to your portable music player. Once you've made a selection, click 'Continue.'

Enter your account password in the next section to verify your identity. This is a Yahoo security measure to ensure your account hasn't been compromised.

Enter your credit card information to complete the transaction and to proceed to the download page for the Yahoo Music Jukebox. Once you've completed the download, your Music account will be ready for use.

Open your Yahoo Music Jukebox by double clicking the icon in your Start menu.

Enter the name of an artist in the search bar followed by the Enter key to begin looking for his or her music. You can also search by song title.

Click on one of the results that your search produced to listen to that song. There might be several pages, so click the 'Next' link to access the full list.

Click 'Download Song' while the song is playing to add it to the collection on your hard drive. This will link you to a page confirming your selection and asking you for your payment information (if you're not already signed in).

Click the 'Purchase Song' option once you've entered the required information, and the song will be downloaded and added to your Jukebox's directory.

Tips & Warnings
Take advantage of the 14-day free trial offered by Yahoo Music Unlimited. This will give you the chance to see whether their service works for your needs, as well as give you plenty of time to explore their library of songs.

Your iPod will not play music you've downloaded from Yahoo Music Unlimited. Other popular MP3 players are capable of playing the music you download.
