  • Mac desktop computer
  • Scanner
  • USB cable or Firewire cable
  • Installation CD or downloaded drivers from manufacturer’s Web site
Step1
Set up your scanner, including any assembly that’s necessary.

Step3
Insert the CD that came with your scanner into the CD or DVD drive on your computer.
Step4
Restart your computer.
Step5
