on 10/29/2008 From a funeral planning consultant: If your loved one was on hospice care at home, get pricing information before the death. Checking around and getting price quotes is a must! If there is no spouse and a number of children - and cremation is being planed - get the form for all to sign - before the death occurs. In some states 3/4's of the siblings must o.k. the cremation.... Finding the right funeral home isn't hard.... doing it when in emotional pain can be. Take care.
