Tips & Warnings

  • One 32 megabyte Memory Stick Duo is included with your PSP, and you can also purchase extra sticks to expand your data storage capability.

  • Videos on a Memory Stick Duo must be in MPEG-4 format.

  • You can transfer files from your PC to a Memory Stick Duo using a USB cable to connect the two devices, or by purchasing a Memory Stick adaptor that will allow you to connect your Memory Stick directly to your computer.

  • When inserting a UMD or Memory Stick, make sure you don't touch the connector with any metal object or with your hand. This can cause data loss.

  • Make sure you don't remove the Memory Stick Duo while the access indicator is lit; doing so may cause data corruption.
