Does the contractor provide you with a detailed estimate?
Do they inspect your roof thoroughly?
Do they explain their findings?
Does the estimate include a detailed description?
Does the estimate contain any additional work that needs to be done?
Does it contain warranty information?

Will they use a Sub - Contractor
Will the contractor hire a sub-contractor?
