The head-to-toe sexual position is a variation on the woman-on-top position. It gives the man a stimulating visual experience and leaves the woman in control of the pace throughout intercourse. Follow these steps to get the position right.

Step 1

The man should lie on his back on a flat surface such as a bed.
Step 2

The woman should climb on top of the man. She can start in the head-to-toe position or in the traditional woman-on-top position, with him facing her.
Step 3

Either party should insert the man’s penis into the woman’s vagina.
Step 4

The woman should lean back and point her toes toward the head of her partner.
Step 5

With the man supine, the woman should grind her pelvis against until both reach orgasm.

A male-male homosexual version of this position is also doable. The mechanics work in almost the same way.
