I have to agree with tenantwiz. I am a vacation home broker and do everything possible to let people know that I am legitimate. I have a website with only select properties that I know and have visited personally. I email people and give them a live phone number to call or I have them email me with their number and I will call them. I use my VOIP phone, so I can take my laptop anywhere and talk with people while I am on the road. I do have a toll free number, but that is our reservation desk, I like talking to my customers personally and assisting them with their vacation plans. Unfortunately, dishonest people ruin it for the honest businesses like mine and many others that are on Craigslist. I personally approve all of the properties we list and if I get more than 3 complaints about the same item or a pattern, we discontinue our relationship with them.
