How to Use Qigong to Treat Allergies

The rise of allergies in the past 50 years has resulted in numerous alternative recipes for dealing with this pernicious problem. Qigong is an ancient Chinese healing practice, intimately connected to breath control. Here is an approach to help when dealing with allergies using qigong.

  1. Step 1

    Study medical qigong. Of the various styles, medical qigong is the one intended to fight disease and treat ailments like allergies. You can purchase a books to give yourself a basic grounding in the principles and practices of medical qigong.

    Direct your qi to where allergies manifest themselves. The basic notion of qigong is that your own internal energy can be focused on a specific problem to alleviate it.
