7. Clean the genital area and collect the first urine of the day in a sterile container to begin the fast.

8. Drink all the urine passed and increase water intake during the fast for a fluid intake of about 5 liters. Include limited amounts of fresh vegetables and fruits to complete the fasting diet.

9. Monitor urine during fast with pH paper for acidity and alkalinity.

10. Know that external massage of urine is thought to remove or reduce some types of tumors.

11. Prepare for urine massage by collecting sterile urine in a dark glass container and holding for 4 to 8 days.

12. Massage urine onto skin over the affected area. Leave the urine on at least an hour and then wash it off if desired.
