Take Luscher's color test at the Color Quiz Web page (see Resources below). Notice which colors speak to you. Color preference is a great indication of a potential imbalance in your aura, energy field or spirituality.

Research color therapy and the effect of color on the different parts of the body. Use resource books like the "Beginner's Guide to Color Therapy" or "Healing with Color Zone Therapy" to get started (see Resources below).

Increase your body's natural balance by using additional complementary therapies, like aromatherapy, sound therapy, biofeedback or massage therapy.
