How to Access and Edit Your Profile on Pandora.com

Share music, bookmarks, personal profile information, comments and more with other Pandora.com listeners through your Profile Page. Listeners can listen to your stations and leave comments on your Profile and Station pages via your Profile Page.

How to Access Your Profile Page on Pandora.com

1. Log in at the Pandora.com Web site (see Resources below). There are several ways to access your Profile Page. The most direct way is to click the 'Account' button on the Pandora Tuner and select 'View Your Profile.'
2. Click 'Pandora Community' on the same page as the Pandora Tuner, then 'View Your Profile' as another way to access your Profile Page.
3. Go to your Profile Page automatically when you bookmark a song or artist.

Edit Your Profile Page on Pandora.com

4. Click the 'Edit' button in the first section heading where it says 'About' and your username.
5. Fill in the information you want to edit in your profile, such as name, home town, school and workplace. You can also write something about yourself and your taste in music.
6. Choose whether or not to receive email from Pandora.com, including newsletters and notification when comments are left on your Profile Page. Scroll down to 'Your Email Preferences' and click the appropriate boxes.
7. Click the box under the 'Privacy' heading if you don't want other listeners to have access to your Profile or Station pages.
8. Click the box under the 'Comment Preferences' section if you don't want listeners to leave comments on your Profile or Station pages.

Tips & Warnings

• Choose to receive Pandora's newsletter and email notifications by checking the appropriate boxes on the 'Edit Your Profile' page. Review the 'Terms of Use' and 'Privacy Policy' regarding Pandora emailing listeners and how to 'opt-out' of email notifications.
• Copy and email a link to your Profile Page to friends and family so they can listen to your stations, read your profile and leave comments.
• Contact Pandora Listener Support to change the URL of your profile page or if you have any other security questions. Click 'Support,' then 'Contact' at the top of the page, then select [e-mail] from the list of email addresses.
• Ban a specific user from leaving comments by clicking the 'Ban' button on that listener's comment. This deletes all comments by that user. To find out more about editing your profile page, including banning and reinstating listeners, visit Pandora.com's FAQ page (see Resources below).
• As soon as you create a station, registered listeners will have access to your Profile and Station pages. If you want to keep your pages private, check the appropriate boxes under the Privacy and Comments Preferences headings on the 'Edit Your Profile' page. Click 'Account' on the Pandora Tuner, then 'View Your Profile.' Click the 'Edit' button under the first section, then scroll to the proper headings.
• Turn off your pop-up blocker for best results when accessing Profile Pages.
