How to Cancel Your Flickr Account

Canceling your Flickr account is easy to do, but you may want to consider the reasons why you want to cancel your account. If you are having problems with your account and its features, the Flickr forums are a perfect way to research problems you may have.

• Computer with Internet access
• Digital camera

Sign in With Your Yahoo ID!

1. Navigate to the Flickr home page and click the "Sign In" link (see Resources below).
2. Type in your Yahoo! ID and password into the specified fields.
3. Click the "Sign In" button.

Create a Yahoo! ID

4. Enter the Flickr home page and click the "Sign Up!" button (see Resources below).
5. Click on the "Sign Up" link to register with Yahoo!
6. Fill in the Yahoo! fields on their registration page and read their Terms of Service.
7. Click on the "I Agree!" button to register for Yahoo!

Search for Help of Flickr Forums

8. Click on the "Help" link on any Flickr page.
9. Click on the "Forums" link on the Help page to access Flickr forums.
10. Enter your search keywords into the field labeled "Search Our Forums."
11. Click on the "Search" buttons.

Post Your Own Flickr Question

12. Click on the "Help" link on a Flickr page.
13. Click on the link marked "Forums."
14. Click on the "Ask Questions" link.
15. Click on the "Post a New Question Link."
16. Type the title of your post in the field labeled "Title."
17. Type your concern in the field marked "Your Post."
18. Post your question by clicking the "Start Topic" button.

Cancel Your Flickr Account

19. Click on the "You" link and select "Your Account" from the drop-down box.
20. Click on the "Delete Your Flickr Account" link to cancel your account.
21. Confirm your selection by clicking the "OK-Next" button to cancel your account.
