• Internet connection

• Major credit card to pay for the ad listing

Select Your Ad Package

1. Go to the Yahoo! Autos home page to begin the process of selling your car (see the Resources section below).

2. Click on the 'Used Cars' tab.

3. Locate the 'Sell Your Car' box, then cllick on the 'Post An Ad' button.

4. Enter your zip code and click 'Continue.'

5. Read the Ad Package page to discover your listing options. There are several packages to choose from, each with different features.

6. Click 'Select' under the package you wish to use.

7. Enter all of the information about your car on the ad submission form. Start by accessing the pull-down menus to indicate the car's make, model and year.

8. Select a body style. Then enter your car's mileage and set your price.

9. Indicate the exterior and interior colors.

10. Choose the door type, engine, transmission, fuel and drive types.

11. Enter your car's vehicle identification number (VIN).

12. Add your contact information.

13. Click all the check boxes that correspond to the options your car has. You'll be able to check boxes for items like driver air bags, air conditioning and leather seats.

14. Enter a detailed description of your car in the box provided.

15. Click 'Next.'

16. Complete the listing process using a credit card to pay for your ad. Your car is now listed in Yahoo! Autos.
