Add Your Yahoo Contacts to MSN Messenger

Step 1

Log in to your MSN Messenger account (see Resources below).
Step 2

Click on the "Contacts" tab.
Step 3

Select "Add a Contact" from the drop-down menu.
Step 4

Enter your Yahoo contact's email address or instant messaging address.
Step 5

Click on "Add Contact." Your Yahoo contact will automatically appear in your friends list on MSN Messenger.
Step 6

Add an entire list of contacts at once. If you have a lot of Yahoo contacts saved all in one place, you can import them to MSN Messenger in a single batch. Go to "Contacts," then click on "Import Instant Messaging Contacts." You will then select the appropriate folder that contains your contacts and click "Open." All of your Yahoo contacts will be transferred to your MSN Messenger account at once.
