The missionary position is a classic, but it gets kind of boring. You can perform the knees on chest sexual position as a simple variation of the old bedroom standard. Basically, the passive partner bends their legs and draws them up to their chest.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Lubrication
  • Condoms
  1. Step 1

Have the passive partner lie flat on their back. Like the missionary position, the knees on chest sexual position is best performed on a soft surface.

  2. Step 2

Have the active partner mount the passive partner and achieve penetration. Some adjustment of position may be needed for the comfort of both partners.

  3. Step 3

Perform intercourse. Having the passive partner’s legs elevated improves the angle and depth of penetration.

  4. Step 4

Ask the passive partner to use their legs to control the depth of the active partner’s thrusts. If the passive partner has strong legs, they can support the weight of the active partner and free up the active partner’s hands.

Tips & Warnings
  • Exercise to improve your sex life. Two of the benefits of exercise—better circulation and flexibility—are also great for your sex life.
  • The knees on chest position easily turns into the deep stick position. Simply have the passive partner put their legs over the shoulders of the active partner.
  • Always practice safe sex. Use a condom to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases.
