Instructions

1. Go online and open the search engine Google.

2. View the "Sign in" option, located on the top right-hand corner. Click on it as this will lead you to the "Google Accounts" page.

3. Find the "Create an account now" button on the page. Click on the button. A new page will open. You will find a simple form. Fill in your personal details in the fields.

4. Key in a username and password of your choice. Submit it online and your Gmail account will be created immediately.

5. Go in for two other options, if necessary. The first way is to straightaway log on to the Gmail Web site. It will lead you to the personal information form. In the second method, ask your friend who already has a Gmail account to send you an invite. For this, your friend just needs to click on the "Invite a friend" button on the left bottom of his main mail page. After receiving the invitation, you will get the same form. Fill in your personal information. Then select the username and password. Submit it online and your gmail account will be created immediately.
