Spring is one of the best times of year to be married. The air is warm. The flowers are in bloom. The colors are wonderful and everything is fresh. If you would like to plan a wedding with a spring theme, follow these steps.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Decide on two colors you would like to incorporate into your wedding. The colors should be those found in nature during spring.

  2. Step 2

Design your invitations. You should use the colors you decided on in step one.

  3. Step 3

Choose your flowers. Go with flowers native to the location of the wedding.

  4. Step 4

Choose the attire for the wedding party. Again, use the colors you chose in step one for the bridesmaids dresses as well as the ties and cumber buns for the men.

  5. Step 5

Choose light and airy music for the ceremony.

  6. Step 6

Create a spring theme at the reception by using small white lights behind gauze for a pretty effect.

  7. Step 7

Use the bridesmaid's bouquets as centerpieces for the tables.

  8. Step 8

Sprinkle rose petals on the tables as well.

  9. Step 9

Leave the reception in an open air horse drawn carriage.

  10. Step 10

Give guests truffles dipped in pastel-colored chocolate as wedding favors.

  11. Step 11

Have the guests toss flower petals instead of rice as you leave the reception.

  12. Step 12

Rent doves to release right before you leave the reception.
