The strawberry margarita is the red cousin to its south of the boarder traditional margarita. It’s got the Latin sensibilities of a margarita with cool strawberry flavor. They’re easy to make, easy to enjoy, and will have you coming back for more. Here’s how to make a non-alcoholic strawberry margarita.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Strawberry grenadine
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Lime soda
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • Cocktail shaker
  1. Step 1

Rub a lemon wedge along the edge of your margarita glass wetting the rim all the way around.

  2. Step 2

Dip the wetted rim of the margarita glass into a container of margarita salt or margarita sugar depending on your preference.

  3. Step 3

Shake strawberry grenadine, lime soda and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.

  4. Step 4

Strain the contents into the salt-rimmed glass.

  5. Step 5

    Serve in margarita glass.

Tips & Warnings
  • A non-alcoholic strawberry margarita is better served (according to most drinkers) with margarita sugar served on the rim.
  • Drink right away for best taste.
  • To make the virgin strawberry margarita into an alcoholic one, you’ll need tequila and triple sec.
