The mode key on your AutoStar is similar to the escape key on a computer's keyboard. It allows you to go back to the previous menu or data level until the top level, Select Item, is reached. However, if you press and hold the mode key, you can find information about the telescope's status displays. Use a scroll key to find more information.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
Press the mode button until you reach the section pertaining to Altitude coordinates.
Step2
Press and hold the mode button to display the Altitude coordinates.

Tips & Warnings

  • Press the mode button to move back up through the menu.
