Many couples enjoy marrying in the summer. Often, a beach wedding can be very romantic and enjoyable for both the couple and their guests. Follow these steps for performing a beach wedding.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Decide on whether you will have a formal or informal wedding.

  2. Step 2

If you have a formal wedding, stay with the traditional clothing for the bridal party. However, do keep the temperature in mind when planning attire for the men. If the wedding is more casual, khakis and white shirts for the men for the men and sea colored shift dresses for the women are a pretty combination.

  3. Step 3

Remember to consider the wind factor when planning the decor for the ceremony. You do not want any arches, candles or fabric involved.

  4. Step 4

Shoes can be worn if there is going to be a runner, but it will be very difficult. Sand has a tendency to slip into shoes and cause blisters.

  5. Step 5

Use pastel colors that match the surroundings for floral arrangements.

  6. Step 6

Be sure there are chairs on the beach for the guests.

  7. Step 7

If the wedding is very small, find a gazebo or other structure at the entrance to the beach in order to avoid the hassle of sand.
