on 3/18/2009 You can't assess someone you don't know, that guy could be a ninth level black belt, you just don't know. Always assume that everyone your fighting is an ex-Navy SEAL and can kill you at any time. What weak points? Unless the guy is a cripple they should be the same as they are for everybody else. Anywhere that you wouldn't want to be hit is a good place to hit them. Jump kicks are a really bad idea, keep your feet on the ground. Street fights quickly become wrestling matches, if your feet are up you'll end up down and you face WILL be kicked for your desire to look cool. Throwing people is a waste of time and unless your much bigger and properly trained it probably isn't going to work. I know that if you tried to throw me over your back I just puch you in the back of your neck, and then kick you in the head. I think the best place to aim for is the neck. Your not going to kill them unle

on 6/16/2008 I'm very sorry, but the only thing you got right is the last warning.
1) you shouldn't tell ur opponent that ur goin to attack him. that will put his gaurd up, and make him angrier
2) Stop beating up your opponent when you see he is too badly hurt to continue, not untill he apologises. if he is on d floor and you keep kicking him till he apologises then by law you are in the wrong by law, and you will be arested!
Take care when your fighting.

on 4/4/2008 nice article but you forget the most important thing! what if someone has much more physical strength than you ? and another thing that matters is your physical appearance, if you are muscular or really really overweight that can cause the other to lose confitence. U should mention that also weight matters, if you are fit, u must know if your muscular weight can fight a heavy guy.

on 10/24/2007 Beat him with a stick until he demonstrates defeat!! love it :)
but seriously, working urself up into a fearsome rage and staying calm and rational at the same time just doesn't work. One of the simplest ways to lift ur mood is to force urself to smile, it triggers chemical reactions that make u happy.. works the other way too.
