How to Program the Samsung Blackjack

The Samsung BlackJack, also known as the Samsung i607, is smart phone with many of the same features as other mobile phones on the market. Like these other smart phones, anyone can program the Samsung BlackJack to suit their needs and their personality.

Things You'll Need:

• Samsung BlackJack

1. Turn on your BlackJack, and make sure it is on the Home page. This is the basic starting page.

2. Press the "Start" soft key. Pressing this key will bring up a menu.

3. Choose Settings. Doing this will bring up a sub-menu that has the Display choice in it.

4. Select Display from the Settings sub-menu. From here you can get to the different settings, which includes the Home Screen.

5. Pick Home Screen or any of the other choices to change the features of your phone and press "OK." This will bring up another sub-menu of features you can customize.

6. Press the "Done" key when you are finished. You will have saved the features you customized and can go back with these steps to try it again.

Tips & Warnings

• Battery life of the Samsung BlackJack is satisfactory, but not totally great. That is why extra batteries should always be at hand.
• Try out different combinations. You may find something you like even better when programming your BlackJack in different ways.
• The Samsung Web site has an owner’s manual you can download and read through if you have any problems programming your phone (see Resources below).
• Enjoying the full video and audio capabilities of the Samsung BlackJack can be quite costly. You may need to consider signing up with Media Max for its service plan package. Otherwise, you could end up paying around $10 a minute when using the video and audio features.

on 1/12/2009 How do you input a string of #'s with a pause between each on the Samsung Blackjack. I.E. Voicmail #, wait, password. Unable to find this anywhere in the manual or Samsung site.
