1. Open the Main Menu by pressing the "OK" button. By pressing this button, the phone will display the icons of all the phone's sub-menus in grid-like manner.
2. Browse the icons until you find the Settings and Tools sub-menu. You can do this by using the 4 Navigation keys placed around the OK button.
3. Select the "Setting and Tools" sub-menu. Under this sub-menu, the phone will display a list of the phone's features that you can customize like the Display, Sound Settings, Call Settings and Initial Setup.
4. Choose the feature you want to customize and press the "OK" button. You can do this as many times as you’d like until you find what you want.
5. Customize the settings for that particular feature. You can choose from various default selections, or you can key in your own preferences.
6. Press the "OK" button after customizing the feature's setting. Once you press OK button, the new setting will be saved and adopted by the phone.
7. Exit to the home screen by pressing the "Power/End" key. This key is located just below the CLR key at the far right side of the keypad.
