How to Transfer songs to an iPod Shuffle Automatically With iTunes

When you connect an iPod shuffle to a computer, iTunes will show you the list of songs that are going to be transferred to your iPod shuffle. Then, iTunes automatically transfers the songs.

  1. Step 1

    The only step you need to take in order to have iTunes automatically transfer songs to your iPod shuffle is to connect your iPod shuffle to your computer. Your songs will automatically transfer without any additional action from you.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you delete any songs from your playlist on your computer, they will automatically be deleted from your iPod shuffle. Anything on you iPod Shuffle that is not a music file will still be on your iPod shuffle.
  • If you prefer, you can transfer songs manually, delete songs, or change the source iTunes uses to transfer songs.
