This is the go-to low-carb meal when you get home and are ready to throw your diet out the window and gnaw on a crusty baguette.
This one is quick, nutritious and completely satisfying--I mean, the staple of this meal is bacon. Need I say more?
Microwave your Hormel bacon for two and a half minutes, and while it's cooking and then cooling, prepare the following:

Extract your Mission low-carb wheat wrap and spread Hellman's (or BestFood's!) mayonnaise all over. Crack some black pepper directly on the mayo, then a layer of sprouts.

Now halve an avocado, slice thinly and sprinkle with salt. Now top the sprouts with your creamy, green slices--yes, the order matters!

Slice a few thin half moons of red onion and pile on. Now, drizzle just a little hint of balsamic vinegar on your veggie stack.

Fold one slice of mild provolone on top of everything, and then two slices of crispy bacon, as the crowning achievement.
