Book a Ski Trip to Plattekill Mountain

Step1
Use The Official New York State Tourism website (see Resources below) to search for and book accommodations near Plattekill Mountain online. You can also call 800/CALL-NYS during East Coast business hours for tourist information.
Step2
Log on to the Plattekill Mountain website to plan your ski trip to the Catskills, New York (see Resources below). Click on the 'Lodging' link to see a list of lodging partners that provide discounts as well as various other accommodations in the area. You'll have a choice of options like farm-country bed and breakfast inns, local resorts and historic inns, plus modern hotels.
Step3
Book your rental online from the Plattekill Mountain website by selecting an option from the ‘Lodging' drop-down menu. Each location includes contact information and Internet addresses. Click on the link of your choice and enter your travel dates to make your reservation online or call the hotel directly.
Step4
Select the ‘Lodging Discounts' links on the Plattekill Mountain website to get the best rates on rooms. The site includes lodging for every budget, including budget motels to inexpensive inns to moderately priced bed and breakfast inns.

Relax and leave the driving to someone else. Hop on the Adironack Trailways Bus Line to Arkville New York at the Margaretville Motel in New York City. The shuttle service is available to and from Plattekill Mountain if you stay at the motel. Call the Margaretville Motel directly at (845) 586-4464 to book your bus reservations.

Check out the ‘Groups' section of the Plattekill Mountain web site if you are traveling with several people. The resort offers specials and even gives you the option to rent the mountain for tubing.

Click on ‘Rates' and select ‘Lessons' if you are a novice looking to hone your skiing skills this trip. Plattekill boasts small lesson class sizes and 'lots of room to turn on open cruisers.' The resort also offers tubing lessons.
