Indianhead Mountain Resort resides right on the northern border of Michigan and Wisconsin. This action-packed ski resort boasts 28 magnificent runs on over 200 acres of skiable land. In addition, Indianhead has a whopping 638 feet of vertical drop. With over 17 feet of snow each year, two dedicated terrain parks and a special ski school for children as young as 2 years of age, Indianhead is one of the finest ski resorts in Michigan.

While there is no official way to book online at this time, the visitors bureau can refer to you local motels, inns and bed and breakfasts.

    Land at the closest airport to Indianhead Mountain Resort, Gogebic-Iron County Airport in Ironwood, Michigan. Less than 20 minutes from the resort, Gogebic-Iron County Airport has frequent connections to General Mitchell International Airport in Miliwukee, Wisconsin.

    Arrive at Indianhead by renting a car and following US 2. Signs on the US 2 will guide you to Indianhead Mountain Resort.

    Learn the techniques to becoming a great skier at the Indianhead Ski School. For a reasonable fee, you'll get a 2 hour lesson, equipment rental and a beginner area lift ticket.
