With destinations and departures from Dundee and Southhampton, this airline offers a great alternative to traveling from the always busy London Heathrow. Things You’ll Need:

Book Travel on ScotAirways

Step1
Reserve a ticket online on the ScotAirways Web site (see Resources below). Tickets may be purchased using credit or debit cards for payment.
Step2
Book through a travel agent who uses either the Sabre or Galileo system. Let them use their expertise to book the dates and times you want.
Step3
Call customer service and make travel arrangements directly with ScotAirways. They can be reached at 011 (+44) 0870 6060707. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and Sunday, 12:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Benefits of Membership in ScotAirways Plus

Step1
Unwind in the Executive Lounge. When traveling through either Amsterdam or Edinburgh, use the lounge to check in, read a newspaper or have a complimentary beverage.
Step2
Be rewarded with free travel or store gift certificates for frequent flying. After 10 round trips or 20 one-way trips, get one free return ticket, or a Marks and Spencers or John Lewis department store gift card.
Step3
Enjoy free meals and drinks on-board during your trips. Special requests can be accommodated if communicated in advance when booking travel.

Tips & Warnings

  • Take advantage of online booking and search for the best rates and seasonal deals.
  • All ticket purchases using credit cards will be subject to a surcharge per ticket. Debit cards will not be charged this surcharge. If tickets are picked up at the airport, there will be an additional charge.
  • In Edinburgh, the Executive Lounge is located near Gate 3 close to the departure area. In Amsterdam, passengers will uses the Menzies Lounge. See the Web site for operating hours.
  • There are discounted fares for infants and children between the ages of 2 and 11. Infants are charged 10 percent of adult ticket price. Call customer service for children's fares.
  • All phone numbers include the United States international prefix "011." When calling internationally from outside the United States, check which prefix to use. All country codes are within parentheses and begin with a "+" sign.
  • Pregnant women who are past their 28th week of pregnancy must have medical permission to fly.
  • You must send in your used tickets or copies of your e-ticket confirmation in order to join the frequent flyer program. Get an application on-board your flight.
  • Passengers who use wheelchairs should be aware that there is no accessibility on ScotAirways planes. If they cannot climb the outside stairway, they will not be able to fly.
