Founded in 2001, Atlasjet is currently the second-largest airline carrier in Turkey, with 20 planes. It is the first privately-owned airline carrier to hold the IATA certificate in Turkey. Atlasjet's fares for domestic flights are reasonably priced, but its international flights can be expensive.

      Atlasjet flies domestically between more than a dozen cities in Turkey, including Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Bodrum, Dalaman, Edremit, İstanbul, İzmir, Kahramanmaraş, Kars, KKTC (Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti), Mardin, Siirt, Sivas, Tokat, Trabzon, Uşak and Van. Most domestic flights from Istanbul are nonstop.
