Begin the shipment process by logging on to Z-Airways and Services Web site (see Resources below). Click on the "Queries and Booking" link. You will find this on the left-hand side of the main page.

Fill in the "Queries" section at the top of the page. Include a detailed description and don't forget to provide your email address.

Complete the appropriate fields to set up your cargo order. Once you have completed the information, click on the "Submit" link.

Jot down the "Airway Bill Number" that appears once your query is answered. After you receive this number, proceed with the shipping order.

Tips & Warnings
Because Z-Airways and Services is a cargo airline, it does not offer online booking in the traditional sense. However, you can begin your booking process at the airline's Web site and complete it via email.
There currently is no English-language telephone booking for Z-Airways and Services.
You should be up to date on all vaccinations and boosters prior to traveling to Bangladesh.
